Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, GoBox is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to transit problems.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a full unboxing video for review.

Preorders

Preorder items will ship once inventory arrives.
Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items are available.
